Hi Rover , great to hear you guys are comin over .No camping at the track unfortunately but the Southwest Games is a pretty drawn out affair over 2 weeks so accomodation shouldn't be a problem , especially if you can be bothered with tents and stuff.

The Southern Right Motel. First on the left after The Flying Horse coming into Warrnambool. Around $70 a night, likes mini moto folk. good to go at 3 star. Cheap but good lodgings.

Mrs Hippy here.. (aka Laurisa Club Secretary)
No there is no camping out at the track but you are most welcome to my nice piece of lawn if you're thinking of pitching a tent. We've got plenty of running water and plenty towels so come feel at home with us. Our fellow club members Steve & Tyler Norrstrom will be travelling down from Tocumwal and parking their van in our drive and the BBQ will be firing up Sat night so we can sit back with a beer and a snag and poke fun at Hippy (thats the fun part).

Will be great to put some faces to names and have a great day racing. Just give the other half a buzz if you need any more info. See you on the 8th

As the title says guys , we will open the gates at the lake gillear track at 8:00am on Sunday the 8th of November .
scrutineering will be from 8:30 and we should be on the track shortly after that .
full canteen facilities will be available .

Hey Liam , any word on whether we will see some South Aussie R1s this weekend ?
