Gear

Hi,

I am about to buy a pocket bike its a samurai from china and i just wanna have fun riding and racing. But i would like to know what gear you need i have a dirt bike and wonder if it is ok to use that gear im in the campbelltown area and would love to go for a race at eastern creek sounds fun...

davo_, what gear did u have in mind? i ride my KX 2fitty out the back of campbelltown near the airport and at minto 8)

your only a 25min drive from www.zuma.com.au they have a high quality pocket bike for $299 go see them its alot better quality than the ebay samurai :roll:

Gear I have bought... substitute for motocross equiv

1 x helm. I have a motocross one myself
1 x leather gloves or equiv
1 x leather jacket or armor.
1 x leather pants or equiv. I got kelvar reinforced pants(camo)
1 x knee/shin protectors. I got mine from http://www.rinkidinkracers.com.au/pr...=RDR100&cat=14
1 x protected boots. I havent got this part yet.

thats about it.

you can go less i spose but all depends on if you want any skin left on you after you come off your bike
