Anyone in Melbourne got good spots to race?

I know that the only official circuit is the one in Sth Morang, but does anyone know of good spots to practise, eg. go-kart tracks, empty parking lots, particularly in the sth eastern suburbs?

Danny races there - he would only tell you the same thing. Races
are every fortnight.

Gates open at 10:00am, Racing starts at 2:00pm.
Plenty of time for practice, tuning, setup, and repairs before race starts.
