riding at Newcastle go kart track - need help

Hi

I can get newcastle go kart track to let us ride (not race) at their track if we have a $10 million insurance policy, without the red tape associated with Motorcycling NSW. Hoping someone here might have experience in this sort of thing and point me in the right direction.

Also, POCKET BIKE TRADERS, if some of you guys want to help out with the cost of this, it would be much appreciated, and a step towards growing the sport in NSW and your customer base.

Stu

PS. This policy would be held under an incorporated club.

Trying to have some fun in the DULL State!!!

Hey I'm in Newcastle, I have a 125cc mini dirt bike and 2 of my mates have 110cc mini dirt bikes. So who else has a mini dirt bike and where do you ride? We've been riding out Wallsend way theres plenty of tracks out there.

Ideas on racing/organising a club in newie

A couple of thoughts guys........ I own a ZZR1100 which gets serviced by Grahame Morris in broadmeadow.....he always seems to have a few pocket bikes lying about the workshop.....maybe he might be a possible source of info on a local club. Also.......is the old funcity indy (I know I'm showing my age) track at the old motordrome site still intact???? I used to work at tomago a couple of years ago......and it was still there then.........even if it was somewhat overgrown with weeds.......mnaybe a local club could get usage of the old site?!?!? Just a thought to keep in mind
