Sydney Riding

Ok so I'm looking for an out of the way place to ride in or around sydney up to 100km from the city centre. I have 4 cags I want to run / test / mod / improve. I'm not looking for a racetrack but that'd be cool. Just want an abandoned industrial place, length of tarmac, parking area, quiet spot not on the road to run on.
