Hey All,
Has anyone in VIC looked into running a round at Phillip Island? I saw it a while back the replica of the real track, down hill fast turn one like the real thing. I very surprised not to here of minimoto down there but being in the west I gather that track could be tied up in red tape or politics. If the camp grounds are moved it would be awesome to race there on GP o SBk weekend as a side show....

Ringo, i just had a look at the circuit on google maps and couldnt see any evidence of a go kart track. Thats not to say that it might not be an old photo.

iv had a shot at the karts down at philip island about a year ago and it s a great track down there. donno if they would allow bikes though.. great if they did!

Tops! That looks like an awesome circuit!! Maybe the SWMMC boys could organise something there with their MA accreditation <nudge nudge, wink wink>
I'd definately make the trip down for a spin on that track! Damn near be the shortest trip interstate yet!
