get a 149 certificate from your local council as it may state that bikes canot be ridden on the property. if there is no such statment, apply for a D.A application for a personal track, get a local m.p on your side to pass it and you will be fine. in your submission for the DA state that lives will be saved if this track is approved as it will get kids off the street. it sometimes helps?

The only people it gets off the street is the occupants of the premises... If you were to say "it gets me and my mates off the street", it'll open you up to be sued if any of your mates were to injure themselves..

very true, however with a da application you will need to place liabillity insurance with the application. this will protect your assetts. as you are atm you begging to lose everything you own, if one of your friends hurts themselves and cannot work ever again you are liable, and your insurance will not cover you as you have a track on your property without council concent.

Go around to your neighbor and be really nice to him. Ask him when he will not be at home and ride then. If you dont try and piss him off then he will probably feel bad about being a **** and you will get away with more noise
