hi i have a 40cc cag and my mate is buying a 49cc pb on ebay. we will be hitting the south marang track when his bike comes in and i want 2 know if he is going 2 kick my *** out on the track or r will it be a close race? what are the major differences between the 2

In stock form the 40cc engines make more peak power while the 50cc's make less peak power they make a lot more of it down low. So the 50cc's can accelerate harder out of turns but the 40cc will probably end up overtaking down the straights because they generally rev harder.
Personally I found the 40cc's are a lot nicer to ride. You'll find out when you race mate. I used to have a 40cc stock cag that was a ripper. That one used to give it to most of the 50cc stockers I came up against.
Stick a fatboy and walbro carby and some fiberglass reeds on it and that wakes them up pretty good.

does this go for w/c as well crash or just a/c....
Is a stock 39.8cc blata rep quicker than a stock 46.5cc...???

Nope just air cooled cags morty.
A larger capacity watercooled bike should spank a lower capacity one.
