rover has disabled reputation
In this form of racing mechanical problems play a large part in the final placings....We had major clutch issues ..which basically killed any hope for us in the junior W/C elite.
Con had the same in one of his heats...he had direct drive, due to clutch failure....I guess sometimes luck has a part to play in racing too.
Also just for the record I think there is only 1 point seperating 1st and 2nd on the overall leadership board ...so in ain't over until the fat lady sings

ouch & i thought i was a **** stirrer :-0 but seriously that was the best racing weekend of minimoto i have been involved with, WCR always run a bloody good race meeting, with a lot more the usual competing over the weekend everything went exactly to plan. I was a little worried about the no racing on Saturday but even that turned out ok, as far problems go during a race weekend i have had my fair share of them over the years. Being a little heavier then the average punter clutch setup has to be perfect of by mid race you are having problems i was very lucky to finish also race 3 as after a lap the clutch was bogging down just lucky i stayed ok fort he race but i had no chance to challenge for the win after that i noticed a pad starting to lift but i had no other clutch ready to go that i could just put in & be confident that it would work as i need for the final so i had to risk it, i tightened a few flats & was again very very lucky it lasted for the final
congratulation to all that competed over the weekend
