The bike in the video is a 40cc.
The rider is Blata's number 1 team rider.
He is testing the new Blata Victory 40cc Origami B1 kit.
His name is Jan Prudik and he has just won the European open class championship on a 40cc Blata.
He beat all his competitors on their GRC, ZPF etc.
