Exhaust performance?

Ive still got a standard exspansion exhaust and im keen to find out what you guys have experienced with different type shapes, brands etc exhausts.
Lets us know which what size motor, air cooled/watercooled, which part of the rev range it increased?, any increase in revs/topend?, what brand, cost and just things like that.
i not a check book racer just looking at the best bang for buck, like alot of us. and info like this can help us all to build our PB's to match the track we race on.
cheers

i bought the FATBOY 316 from www.pocketracer.com.au

i have a 49cc Chinese pocketbike (dont look at me for model numbers!) and at that time, was running the standard carby (albeit leaking like a sieve). Noticed a very nice power increase, but i can't tell you how much of an increase... my attention at the time was focused upon the carb.

One thing though, was that I did have to modify my frame to allow it to fit properly.

But on the whole, I would suggest that an exhaust upgrade is a good way for increased power

Hope this is some fuel for thought.....

X-Can

I have a X-can exhaust fitted to my 49cc air-cooled which makes the bike look a bit strange because you can't see the exhaust as normal untill you look into the bottom of the fairing and it sits under the motor...Its about the size of a motel cereal box with two billet expansions from the exhaust port absolute insane

If you have $300 get a ADA racing pipe...
If you have $199 get a Fat-boy (It's virtually a copy of the ADA)..
