Daddy, screw both needles right in, set the low needle to 1 & 1/2 turns out , screw the high needle to 1 turn out, start the engine [ you may need to adjust the low needle to get the engine started ] once running turn the low speed needle until your engine idles as low as possible. with the bike on a stand [ rear wheel off ground ] adjust the high speed needle to obtain maximum revs, then back off this high needle 1/2 a turn. when reving your engine off the ground do not let revs peek for any longer than 30 seconds at a time, plus have a helper hold the bike for safety.
