1. Havent got my Pb yet because its off ebay it'll probly stuff up
2. First thing you should do is wash out your fuel tank but you should "replace" yourFuel line and fuel filter
3. Remove the old line an put the new one where it was. Any complications and i should ask you .

G'day RD,
q1 : havn't had a single prob with the PR50 bought from Pocketracer on the coast - just installed a new walbro wyk carby tonight...and its the first damn thing that i had to play to get it too start. That being said - heaps of **** in the fuel tank before cleaning it out - so can imagine that would cause a lot of dramas for most too keen to ride before checking out their machine.
q2 : depends on the quality of the bike - but i'd say all the nuts and bolts to hi-tensile and hi-quality fuel line
q3 : nuts and bolts are replaced as you pull them out so not too whack anything out of alignment. As for the fuel line - remove the fairings - remove the fuel line from tank-side and fuel tap side - cut the new line to specs as per old and install as stripped.
hope this is right....if not - i'm out :P

Answer 1: it did when i first recieved it but i got it fixed, bought a few upgrades, bike is going great !!
Answer 2: i would have to say a good quality fuel line and filter.
Answer3: i would flush the petrol tank out first, attach new fuel line to tank and carbie, and place the filter in the gap between the line from the tank and the line from the carbie and secure with strong tye-downs.

1) yeah bike cuts out top end

3) remove fairing and use a spark plug spanner and take the thing out and wait for my new one
PS. I've come back to this forum after a spell on the other side so may as well be a newbie. Just got a cag not long ago to go with my watercooled.

2. bolt replacement
3. simple, take one cheap chinese bolt out and replace with a high standard high tensile bolt. repeat these steps until the whole bike is complete | | | |
