igolow, no you are not wrong just because you bought a bike off ebay atall, you may end up with a decent bike or you may need to replace a few minor things so your bike is both road worthy and reliable, in the long run your bike will be fine, as long as you ask a question when your not sure of something, we all will help you out.

1. Yes it stops at peek rev's, and sometimes won't start.

2. The first part you should REPLACE is the fuel line and fuel filter. However, you should clean out the fuel tank so that foreign matter isn't sucked into the carby. Replacing the fuel filter with a good quality one will perform a lot better than the standard one that comes with the bike.

3. To fit a new fuel filter- take out the old one and replace it with the new-higher quality one. If there was none there, cut the fuel line and place each end onto the respective ends on the fuel filter.

(Am I right?? )

OK the time has come to announce the winner of this quick quiz test, before i mention this winning person i would like to say i have gone over the answers that you guys have given and most have answered good in regards to some of the first things you should or must do to your new p / bike but the first person to answer these 3 questions as mentioned gets the prize, thanks for your input to this guys and it is all about learning. the winner who i feel needs this prize as to where his bike came from is, IGOLOW igolow has won a high flow / high volume fuel filter which is guaranteed not to block, break, leak or fall apart for a minimum life span of 2 years of use. good thinking igolow. runner up but sorry was LEGINE. keep in touch as there will be more quiz tests coming soon, plus prizes too.
