there is a pin that is located inside the main slide area of the carby, when you re- fit the [black plastic slide] into the top end of the carby you must position this so the black slide will fall into the carby top section without any force, this pin is a guide for the slide. must move up and down as free as.

on top of the carby where the wire goes you can unscrew it. When you do you will be able to pull out the wire and attachd on the end will be a round plastic thing which the wire will go in to. There is a spring in there as well. in the bit of plastic you pull out there will also be a bit of metal that looks like a pin and the plastic will also have 2 notches cut in to it - when you will it out look down in to the carby and you will see two metal notches as well - when you put it back together remember these and know that there is only one way for it to go in - other wise when you start it - it will be at full revs :P
hope tht helps
