need help please:::throttle and throttle body help

i recently took my carb off my pocket rocket and disconneted the throttle body wire off the the carb and there was thecable going thru this little aluminum door and also a there is a spring but the thing is i cant remember how to put it back to gether so if u can find a pic or explain how this woks it would great help....thanks
