Extracting more power from blata rep

Hi, i've got a blata rep engine in an rc boat and i would like to get more power and rpm out of it, keep in mind it does'nt need a broad power band, i would like it to make it's power up around 17k rpm

so far it has dual stage reeds and a large walbro carb, i will be fitting a big bore kit to it

has anyone messed around with porting, compression ratio's, igniton timing etc.
