Problem with PB Starting

Hey guys

i have a problem with 49cc CAG pocket bike, today i took the motor apart and cleaned everything and it starts but then cuts out straight away.
I have the carby which has a primer on the bottom of it and 2 lines going from the tank to it, the black line is the main supply of fuel and goes to the bottom of the tank while the clear one is cut short and will only work if the tank is full.

Do i need to try extend the clear return line so it goes all the way to the bottom, any ieads to help me out please.

thanks

Post up a photo of the carby mate. It'll be much easier for people to help you if they know what they are looking at

You say when you start it up it conks out. Does it go if you hold some throttle on? If so, you need to adjust the idle screw in a bit/lot. If not you might have put one of the screens in the carby back to front. I don't know if you tried to dis assemble the carby or not. Looks like your lines are the correct way. It is important when you disassemble things to put them back together in the correct order. Whilst i know this is a little difficult to do as a newby, playing with these things is half the fun.

it will still start and idle but for lile 2 sec so i checked the idle screw and thats fine, when i pulled it apart i put everything together. For the carby there are 2 lines, the black which is the fuel supply and the clear is to prime it, the clear doesnt go all the way bottom of the tank like the black line, if i extend it, will it make a diffferent maybe ?
