Unhappy throttle getting stuck on CAG

Hello,
My throttle is getting stuck on my cag, i bought a new throttle cable hoping it would fix it - Still getting stuck, slightly better. But still getting stuck.
I also bought a new throttle housing, and still not springing back. The spring in the carby seems to be fine, and im pretty sure the carby sleeve (black plastic thing forgot what its called) is on the right way.

Any ideas peoplez?

Thanks

Try moving the throttle out a bit on the handlebar. Sometimes when you have a stack it pushes in on a bit and it gets stuck!!!

The black thing is called a "slide". Try unscrewing the slide, pulling it out (careful not to bend needle) then try throttle. If it snaps back you know its the slide/carb. If it doesn`t snap back you know the prob is cable or throttle grip mechanism.
