Rebuild a few q,s

I am in the proccess of rebuilding a new 49cc motor with headkit, crank ect. I was wondering about gasket sealer. i have heard you are ment to put the head on DRY is this true? and is it the same for the cylinder? Also i have some Permatex gasket maker red silicone that i was going use but i noticed on the back label it said not reccomended for parts in contact with petrol. So what should i use?

permatex ultra blue for crank cases and cylinder base gaskets wont be effected by petrol the red is great for exhausts gaskets works well with high temps

i like the permatex aviation sealer. the brown disgusting looking stuff. I didnt have any luck using the blue hylomar or the hardening cement sealer. probably using it wrong.. but none the less ;p

yeah the head gasket goes on dry. only need that little copper ring it comes with. if its a cag.
