Save your pennies and buy a better one. You probably paid $100 for someone else's half rooted one, unless you bought a new one foer twice that. Your best bet is to watch over this forum and wait for a good one to come available. You shouldn't need to pay more than $250-$300 to get a top class racing bike (then you'll need to get proper protective gear) Plus you'll have to pay race fee's, maintenance, fuel and many other costs.
Ask yourself. Can you afford to do this?
Of course you can ! Even if you're real young, convince your parents you'll die if you don't do this!!!!!
Australian mini moto needs you.
Sink your cash and die happy!

for perspective it cost me $300 delivered for a dreambike replica complete roller and i bought a motor for it for $105 and it was an infinitely better bike then a cag for basically the same money.
$350 for a cag is taking the piss. dont pay anymore then $150 new for one or your throwing your money away

Hi Yallow-rocket, you don't have to have 15 posts to buy from people on here.
You only have to have 15 posts to sell (its to try and help people buy from someone we know that is trustworthy/able to be contacted)
So if you see anything you want in the classifieds section, feel free to contact the seller or ask questions.
Although you are nearly at 15 posts anyway.
Also most people on here are very knowledgeable and willing to help, so if you need to know something and cant find it by the search function, ask away.
I hope you enjoy your time on here and the sport.
Cheers Ronin

This could be a number of things. But first, do you use the choke, and if you do, do you turn it off. (not trying to be funny but I have know new people with these bike that have been unaware that they have a choke.)
Does it always do this (not able to start) or have you had it running for a while. If you have how did the motor run, OK/ or was it reveing up and down without touching the throttle? or doing something else?
Without it being in front of me it would be hard to tell...could have air leak, reads not sealing, air bubble in fuel line etc. carby mite be gummed up. If you have left the bike sitting for a while with the fuel in the tank, the oil can gum up the carby. You probably should take the carby of and strip it and clean it in petrol. (even if you are getting petrol when you take plug out and spin motor)
I would try cleaning the carby first. If that doesnt fix it, ask again. The are some excellent motor builders on here and they will see this post and will help you better than most.
Good luck with it.
