| | | cag motor...
Hey... thats just a cag motor with a dirt bike clutch housing and gear box......
there's heaps of performance mods you can do to this to get it hummin'!
I'd recommend carbon fibre reeds, good exhaust, a head kit, and a better carby than that std one... before a boost bottle... I wouldn't waste your money... it's hard enough gettin your cag to be airtight 100%, without another place to cause problems... it's really not worth it for the performance increase!
good luck!! ... morty

hey, yeah pretty much all cag parts are interchangeable... the carby size is the bore size of the carby, a std one is approx. 12.87mm... you can hone the std carby out a mm and a bit and just jet it a little bigger or if you get a bigger carb. you'l need a different manifold aswell.
your fuel tap must be in the vertical position on the carb. to allow fuel thru.. but regardless it'l be restricting anyway... just take the screw out of the bottom of the carby bowl to see if a sufficient fuel flow comes thru!

Testing fuel flow without the carby is really only testing your fuel line and filter.
You could put a 19mm carb on it, but being a std motor...you'll have way too much air. stick to the stock carb or a dellorto 14/14 sha/rep for the easiest tuning options..
yes that is the manifold. you'll require a different manifold for the 19mm carby or a different one again for the 14/14 carbs.
bm6a plugs work better in colder conditions than bm7a (i think..or it possibly might be the other way lol) and the bpm7a plug is the platinum version of the bm7a...better still.

your flywheel is touching the coil?
take your coil off and cut a business card up and use that to space the coil away from the flywheel.
edit; for a more detailed explanation...try doing a search on this forum for spacing your coil.
