haha! i AM your mate bero!

i just bought the upgraded pull start from Danny @ Pocket Racing Bikes, same place I bought the bike. Left today via overnight freight so I'll have it here Wednesday.

I mentioned the drill start like we were talking about but he didn't recommend it.

POCKETRACINGBIKES is an unknown quantity at this point
you will notice that the chinese will use a cheaper grade of plastic, due to costs, which really is recycled plastic and steel and alluminum that they use.with the italian parts that i supply, the quality is far more greater than anything else......

Be careful using the drill on the crank bolt, i did that once and sheared the head off...very embarrasing.

You can get decent pull start cord at bunnings or supercheap auto, only problem is that the pull start pulley accepts thinner cord and is not as open as the upgraded zocchi..

Any bolt shop will have one, just take one in and they will match it. even supercheap will prob have them in packets. Same deal just take one in and match it up

Go to a friend or a company that has a lathe and a mill (whichever).
Make an identical one in aluminum.
It takes up to 1 hour to make one if you give them a drawing and the plastic component.
This helps avoid the problem of broken plastic pieces and a ruined future date.
I will make one soon for myself!
It costs about material you do it yourself or a few extra dollars.
In return you avoid screwing when you want to drive.
Aluminium is not a material that is heavy ... better quality than plastic.
ensure that all sharp edges and grades are removed so that the starter rope
not damaged during use after installation

Curse Chines quality
