Yeah it'll work fine Daz. Even a radiator half the size would do nicely. The thing to keep in mind is the heat output of every engine is different. Mine's having to dump enough heat to keep about 12hp of engine cool. A cag isn't ever going to do much more than 6hp so the radiator can afford to be much smaller.

And yes the pulley is mounted under the pinion. I can tell you I know for a fact that Pocket Racing Bikes sells the pulley you need. It's a BZM item and costs about $12. The water pump I think maylands performance still may have some. You'd be looking for a dreambike water pump and they cost around $40. Just make your own bracket to suit the cag and your set.
The biggest downside is you will need to reset your motor posistion if your chain is spot on now because the pinion will be offset about 10mm further away from the engine.
