thanks for the info,i think from what i've seen around certain chinese models maybe o.k.
the guys at the kart track may start racing these bikes, thats why i.m asking so if they continually brakedown it won't get off the ground and racing the italian versions is expensive, the same with karting costs are getting out of control.

who counts the hours you spend riding anyway. i just go by power. power tends to fade when piston and rings wear out so when the power fades i look at the top end. the best piston clylender clearance isnt allways the stock one. small variations in cylender and piston size as well as material can affect this. modifications can change your piston temp. and i know this will sound strange but it allso depends on the weather. the wrong piston cylender clearance can cost you power even with new rings more so with a single ring. to check your bottom end just try to rock your flywheel up and down if you get about .7mm movment or more you can be pretty sure your big and small end are well on their way too. if your mains are worn then you shuld just get your motor done. and getting your bottom end properly blue printed is one of the best things you can do for your engine. and you wont need it done again for alot longer. buying a new assembled crank or bottom end is a mistake.
i rebuild and modify your entire motor for $250 plus parts and freight.
i cant do it cheaper than that. good work takes time.

i race karts and usually do rebuilds or upgrades before it's noticable on the track.
karts have been around alot longer so alot more info is available and if you want to win your engine has to be in prime cond.
