My clutch started slippiing the first day we took out the new pocket bike (cag chinese bike) . I bought a new clutch in case ($35Aust). You pull off the housing with 4 allen head bolts and then remove the central bolt (about 10 or 12 mm). There is a washer under neath that should be prised off. Then you need a bearing puller that will fit - specially the first removal because the chinese use loc-tite on everything which makes it hard. Jam a screw driver in somewhere to stop the motor rotating backwards (bad) while using the puller. Remove and replace clutch or use heavy duty springs if pad thickness ok. Check surface of drum and pads - roughen up slighly with sandpaper to take the gloss off and reassemble.
Incidentallly thats why the farings come off - to let the motor cool down sufficiently (and the clutch). Good luck.
