kip, your problem is either spark or fuel related. i would test for spark firstly by removing the sparkplug from engine then re fit the lead to plug and hold the leed cap by hand whilst touching the threaded part of the sparkplug to the side of the engine / head area, then pull start the engine taking note if the sparkplug end produces any quick spark pulses. the idea is to hold the rubber cap and earth the plug end to engine [ metal ] and give a good pull on the starter whilst observing for any signs of spark. if no spark is present, try another plug. if spark is present your problem is fuel related that can be anywhere from bad fuel, blocked fuel line or filter or blocked carby needle in seat. if this stems to the carby we have a section on this forum under; carby clean out with pics.
