new banshee

hey whats up got my banshee and it looks great. the accelaration is **** and for some reson mine has no top end power at all. my mates cag beat it in a small drag and its only got a fat boy and a delorto 14/14 carby. is this running in because. what sort of carb is on it and there are 3 screws the one with the spring is the idal i think but what are the others( one next to idal and one on the bottom of the fuel boul). on the bottom of the fuel boul there is a small pipe does that connect back to the carb? if so where can anyone help please

theres a prob if a lightly modified cag is beating ur watercooled banshee!

No offence, but i wouldnt let anyone with spelling like yours anywhere near a motor.

But you dont have to well educated to be skillfull
As long as u can get the message across


are thay hi and lo rev fuel mix screws??

if your still runnung in the bike that might exp the lag in acc and top end

Hows the spark and gap New Fuel / mix wrong

Hope you find the problem

yeah run the bike in first it will loosen up alot
wheel berings chain crank berings all tend to loosen up after 1-2 tanks it wouldnt hurt ti get good quality wheel berings
and carby if fine tuning the high or low fuel mix screws only turn them 1/16 of a turn at a time they can be verry particular on different days with different humidity tempratures
early morning and late evening the air is cooler and more dense ? i think it is so you will find it best to tune it when its cool
other pipe is a overflow or return line back to tank
