blata

my friend got a blata rep watercooled for christmas and is very happy with it but it over heats to much and revs hard when it does. can anyone please tell me if this is just because its not run in or does he have serious problems

RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
make sure the cooling system has been bled as if there is an air pocket somewhere , this will cause the engine to overheat. also the new engine should be set to run rich by the carby and the fuel mix.

run the bike in and it should be fine later on, also when you put coolant in the bike make sure there are no air bubbles left in the hose.. just bump the bike up and down HAHA

also make sure the coolant hose isnt bent anywhere

There is a product out there called Water Wetter by Redline. Run this with water instead of coolant as it works much more efficiently
