using cag forks on an r1?? also what parts do cags and r1 share?

would it be possible to use cag forks on an r1? i don't need a front end with suspension (and r1 forks are $98!!!). as title says do cags and r1s share any main parts like wheels, brakes etc?

There are almost no common factors between cags and r1's. Apart for brake levers maybe. The wheels are different, the chains and bigger hence bigger[wider] sprockets, Engines are different, pretty much they are completely non-compatible.
