spark plugs...

hey everyone i just got my first pocket bike and i was just wondering
what spark plug to use.... from a post i read by RD RACING im guessing the ngk bpm6/7a is the go... but... can some one tell me what the p means because i dont want to do something i don't understand... also should i use the 6 or the 7.

p means protuded tip which means the plug goes further into the barrel giving more compression. the 6 or 7 is the hotter or colder the plug runs at.
