Air cooled Cags / ozminimoto

What is the difference between the 2 aircooled cags on ozminimoto's website, the F2 and the motogp lookalikes.
Is the F2 a slightly larger bike?
The F2 says it was $399 down to $299 but the others are $299 does the F2 have better parts or something?

The build quality looks a lot better than the bikes i have seen on Ebay is this correct.

the F2 cags that ozminimotos have are an excellent buy plus they are fitted with genuine 49cc engines. the samauri comes with a 40cc engine. also there is no water cooled cags in production.
