Trouble Shooting Guide - Cags - Add yours

hi, i am new to having a pocket bike only just bought one off a mate the other day, he has only ridden it once and i have only ridden it for about 30 minutes, it worked all fine.

now when i go to start it, the clutch is engaging to soon and it wants to take off in idle and sometimes causes it to stall.

also when i put it to full throttle it blurts out like its running out of fuel but if i go back to half throttle its fine. i have checked the fuel line and theres no kink or nothing.

heres a photo of it, im pretty sure its a CAG engine.

just needing a little bit of help please.

Read these... they'l probably help... sounds like its starving for fuel... take the screw out of the bottom of the carb. & check the fuel flow for a minute.. more than 20 seconds..

Idles nice but wont move under load
Stalling problems??

just looking at buying a new air filter now and am a bit confused as to if it will fit my carb.

and if not could you please just direct me as to where i could find one that would fit.

Nah, they're for walboro type carbs..it won't fit.. iv sent you a pm..
