Help with Chain

Half way through a ride around the block my chain fell of and appeared to bend the chain guard underneath the chain and possibly even bent the frame. I tightened the chain up, and as soon as i give it some revs the chain comes of??

Please help

RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
first thing you need to do is take the chain off the bike and lay the chain on its side on a flat surface to see if there are any bent links, if there are bent links you need a new chain. if all looks good , put the chain back on the bike then adjust this by using the rear wheel adjusters to a good tension making sure that the rear sprocket lines up perfectly with the front sprocket, if this is not lined up correctly your chain will come off at revs.
