Cut out problem, carb?

Hey guys im having trouble with my CAG. The engine runs for about 15 seconds before cutting out while riding full throttle. I rode it a certain distance and it keeps cutting out at the same place. So i can gather that it might be a fuel flow problem in the carb or something to do with the float?

I tried starting it and reving it out with the back wheel lifted up and runs for 15 seconds before cutting out. If i let it wait a few seconds and restart it, it will run for less than 15 seconds and cut out. So im sure its somethin to do with the carb? any ideas guys? Help would be greatly appreciated. The fuel flow to the carb is fine and i cleaned out the filter, I have tightend all manifold bolts etc... but i doubt it has anyting to do with anything other than carb as it cuts out after a certain time..

Thanks
