where did you buy the pipe from mate if you actually got it from Parklands you would have got a spare fuel tank with it if not well then beg steal or borrow a heat gun empty the fuel out of the tank turn it upside down and slowly heat the underside of the tank up when it becomes flexible get something around the same size as the expansion chamber on the pipe and press into the tank with it it might take a few goes but it does work
Let us know how it has gone if all else fails find someone that has bought one and they might sell it to you if they didnt need it as some PB come out with a little tank like the one we have on has about a 600ml tank and before u ask no i used it on another bike

Safe answer, buy the right tank for the pipe
Stay safe

lol pitcrew i didnt mean use an oxy torch even a hairdryer will do the trick i have done one with no probs but yes buying the right tank would be a safer option i do agree some people want short cuts and do not want to spend money

Shorty the next question i have for you is the base plate that the motor bolts onto when the bike is sitting there vertically is the base plate flat or going up at the front why I ask is because my second bike had the same problem just poor workmanship from china all i did was get a hammer and tap the base plate down which in return drops the motor and WALLAH pipe , tank and fairings fit but if all is ok i guess it might have something to do with what model PB u bought all I can elp you with now sorry

Shorty it shouldnt do any harm at all to the motor but you might lose your top engine mounts as the holes might not line up and the chain will have to be adjusted also because as you move the motor down the front sprocket goes forward it shoul also give you more room between tyre and pipe
when i pulled the stock exhaust of mine and compared it to another stock exhaust they were bent in diferent shapes i suppose the chinese think it it is easier to make a different pipe that to move the bracket down GO FIGURE Hope all works out for you

i want to ask around first because i was told with go karting that the motor has a angle it sits on if its out is throws the whole motor out. so will that same thing happen with the pocket bike motor.
