Ripped of on ebay

Im freaking out!!!!

I just pulled my cylinder head off, measured the bore & stroke

aprox. 40mm x 29mm

Im not that good at math but I think that makes my bike about 36cc

Not the 47cc I was sold on ebay

Lesson learnt pay the extra and buy from a reputable store.

Id like to shove this bike up the *** of the guy I bought it from.

Joker try getting in touch with the seller and asking for a refund there is a lot of people importing these things that have no idea on what the difference is between 40cc 47cc and 49cc its worth a try if all else fails well there is negative feedback to be left

alot of the bikes that are being sold on ebay are 36cc and 39cc, as alot of the ppl that are selling them do not actually know about the motors in these bikes. my original bike was sold to me off ebay as a 49cc and when we finally pulled the motor apart we found it was only 39cc :evil: .
you really have to watch what you buy on ebay. :x

contact ebay they'll pay you and fine the dude that sold it to you but u might need to get a bike shop to prove its not the 49cc that was advertised

Well, that's why you don't buy 'cheap' bike off ebay I guess...the old saying goes..'you get what you pay for' :wink:

yep it works out to 36.45cc. i would definitely contact the seller/ebay/dept. of fair trading about it, or at least make him pay for it to be bored out
