Unless you do work to a pocket bike motor it is so detuned you could run just about any oil with out it seizing or anyhting like that.
If you buy a known brand like you have you can't go wrong.
The next things to think about are , price, availability, how clean it leaves the motor inside, how long it can stay mixed for and those sorts of things.
You could get 10 thousand replys all stating a particular oil is the best and why.
Sorry , not much help.
Ozscoot's reply is pretty spot on , except I'd have to say too much oil (especially a crap quality one) can be a bad thing. It leaves carbon deposits and this weird jelly **** everywhere in the engine and clogs everything up.
Personally I'd not go any more that 20:1 in a pocket bike motor.
I run 30:1 in mine.
