well mate basic two stroke knowledge.. if anything is leaking from the exhaust it has to be the premix. What else can it be?

Your carby sounds either dirty or screwed. Take it apart if you can, clean everything with carb cleaner or i just use petrol on all my carbs since it is so good but dangerous.

Or maybe not it could be the mixture settings. Just play with the screws till you get a nice consistent idle.

I wouldnt be worried too much bout oil coming out of exhaust. Cheaper to replace a fouled plug every so often than to replace piston, rings, cylinder.
