Help with Polini 2 shoe clutch adjustment

HELP.

Just about to reshoe a p*l*n* 2 shoe clutch and was after some urgent help please. Never done this B4.

My clutch is fitted with red heavy race springs. The distance between the top of the spring washer and the upper edge of the backing plate is 24mm. (nuts just done up to stop spring from moving)

I don't have a 1mm spacer washer around the post in between the clutch pad and the base of the backing plate. Apparently this spacer washer is installed when linings are only 3mm thick.

The inside edge of the clutch drum is 80.28mm.

1st question.
How much should the springs be compressed initially?

2nd question.
If I get new pads at 4mm relined to the shoes, what clearence should I end up with between each shoe and drum?

3rd question.
How do I now actually adjust the clutch to get my desired stall speed of approx 8000 rpm?

4th Question
What if I want to decrease or increase this stall speed, how do I acheive this?

5th question.
As the clutch linings start wearing, how do I adjust the clutch to keep optimum tolerences?
