What bike is this?

Im still new to pocket bikes, and came across this one for $250. Hoping its not a chinese.

That is the traditional CAG, about 4hp the other one you were looking at, in the other thread, should be about 8-9hp. If you want to keep it for a while go the polini rep. not the cag. You'll be bored of the cag in a month if you can ride!!! 8D..
