suggestions for first bike and where to purchase from

I am new to the forumm, thought this would be a great place to start off with a new hobby,

I am looking to purchase my first pocket bike, have had regular sized bikes but nothing like this before,

I am looking to bu something reliable and reasonably quick , not looking to spend a fortune tho,

located in adelaide,

any suggestions on models prices, or where to buy one from ?
