49cc x7 bullet won't start!

The battery is dead and needs to be replaced. But the engine turns over when pull started but won't start! I'm new to these bikes! It's my friends and I'm buying it from him. Where is the carb on this thing so I can clean that. Also the spark plugs are a pain in the butt to check but I guess I have too. I put new fuel in it but still nothing. Where is the carb at and how do I clean and tune it please help!!

hey mate.. search for midibike isuses... there all alike..
& the carb should be located on the opposite side of the motor from where the exhaust bolts onto the barrel..
theres abit of info here on them...
