They run a Cag engine, so Im guessing a Cag, maybe a F2 or something alike...

Has it got spark mate.. clean out the carby..
have a play with the search tool on this forum, theres heaps of info there..

yea it has spark i tried i got it to start for like 10 seconds and it just turned off, and it started leaking fuel so i did the whole float thing and thats the step where im at right now i hit the fork with compressed air and then some wd-40, when i get home from school im gonna hit it with compressed air again and bend the fork down a bit, hope it works

don't just bend those prongs for the hell of it... theres probably just a load of crap coming thru..
should clean/change the fuel filter.. clean out the fuel tank with the compressor, clean the fuel line..
take the prongs off by pushing the pin in, then the prongs will drop out with the needle from the needle & seat..
with the fuel tap on, blow thru the fuel inlet of the carb with the compressor..
take the jet out..blow thru this with the compressor aswell.. clean out the bowl..
then reassemble all the parts while making sure they're clean... and the gasket goes on 100% correctly..
the pin sometimes has to go back into the prongs from underneath the engine.. use needle nose pliers if thats the case.. put the bowl back on, hook the fuel line & filter back up & then see if it leaks..

there's an idle screw on the side of the carb, is it there & have you screwed this in a bit to hold the revs on idle...
you need to put the carb back together aswell, It wont run properly with it incomplete..
It'l be loading up on fuel on idle without the float & prongs, although it may sound like it wants to start..
Its probably going to be something pretty simple dude, so dont go overboard pullin your bike apart...

Is the plug really wet, when it wont go.. try & start it & then check the plug to see if the fuels getting there..
If its wet, Its the plug or just too much fuel...(rebuild carb, making sure it goes back together properly, checking fuel flow whereva possible)
If its dry, enough fuels not getting to the plug, (check blockage/jetting)..

i put the carb back together and put some gas where the air filter goes, it fires up with the gas where the air filter goes but if it dosent have gas in there it dosent fire, and when it does fire with the gas in the air filter it only runs for like 3 seconds and turns off, does that mean that the carb isnt getting any gas?

with fuel in the tank & the tap turned on.. take the little screw out of the bottom of the carb & see how long & well it flows, it should empty the bowl, then have a constant trickle....
if theres no fuel or it just drips.. take the fuel line off the top of the carb & see if its a good flow.. if its ok, it might be the tap..
if its at the tap,put the fuel line back on the carby then loosen up the 2 screws each side of the tap, only a little & have a fiddle with the tap, with the screw still out of the bottom of the bowl.. & see what happens..
& make sure you have a good flow of air thru the fuel tank lid, sometimes the holes can seal over..

morty..
