The answer to your question is TESTING!!! Get it on track somewhere and ride test it. It is the only way to get a correct value for jetting (unless you have a dyno close by)
Jetting will be dependant on what needle you use. W23 needle will call for around 100 main jet and w9 will call for around 95 ish. Dependent on weather (hot or cold, humid or dry) too many variables to give a definitive answer.
Buy lots of carb spares and ride test.
