Hello.
I am very aware that the carburetor nozzle settings are completely inderviduell even though many machines have equal fashion.

I want you to come with proposals to "full throttle nozzle" for my 19mm Dellorto?
(low speed nozzle 50)

For the best suggestions as possible from you, here is my tuning parts list for my Replica Blata H2o

Piston rod 39.2

A little better ignition coil gives more power!
But (Two stroke alerts to its destruction, better combustion becomes drier lubrication and can affect the life-length, Especially from high RPM to shut carburet.

Own carburetor alloy plate that is CNC made in which the circular 19mm hole enters a homogeneous transition to square holes directly in to the carbon fiber reeds plate, for the best fuel mixture as possible.
7 tooth front and 72 or 68 gear is right for me.

The answer to my nozzle question should be between 105-115 nozzle.

The answer to your question is TESTING!!! Get it on track somewhere and ride test it. It is the only way to get a correct value for jetting (unless you have a dyno close by)

Jetting will be dependant on what needle you use. W23 needle will call for around 100 main jet and w9 will call for around 95 ish. Dependent on weather (hot or cold, humid or dry) too many variables to give a definitive answer.

Buy lots of carb spares and ride test.

Thanks.
It is inevitable to test me forward when I do not have an engine test bench.

I had hoped that more people here would recognize the problem and throw in the suggestions from those with experience.
All proposals would result in exclusion method that could give me a very close "number" to work from.

Then I might just buy six nozzle and avoid buy 15 nozzle
So unnecessary money for nothing
