There is no battery in a pocket bike..

There are many types of pocketbikes that have batteries ....
but..
Google.. It was created for such a purpose...
heres a couple of Keywords used.. 'HOW TO TURN ON A POCKETBIKE WITH A BATTERY'

that looks like a wiper snipper motor & it clearly has a starter motor in it :-(

They clearly did not state what kind of pocketbike it is!!
they're piston port engines.. they come in a large number of pocketbikes out of china...
like maxi bike, R1's, X1/s.. etc... you know.. all the big ugly ones with lights & all the jazz!!
wherever you see electrics on a bike.. she has a battery..!!
