age, motor size and class?

hey all

i have a pocket bike and i want to get my little cousins into racing it, their ages are 10 and 14.
can anyone please help me out with motor sized and classes for them???

all pocket bike engine sizes are 50 or 40 cc and they are both old enough to ride and race where are you from tee
