bike cuts out when engaging throttle

hi guys hope you can help Just bought a new rocket, don't know what model it is, but it is brand new, larger than the cags with headlights, brake lights, indicators, speedo etc. I acn get it started easily enough, it idles fine but when I engage the throttle or turn the choke off it cuts out. the fuel lines are not blocked, the spark plug isn't white in color and doesn't have any deposits on it, and I'm using 25:1 fuel/oil ratio as instructed. any ideas???

take your carbi off and clean out every jet and every hole. this solves alot of problems if still no luck let us know
