| | | Instaling blata rep rear wheel. NEED HELP!!!
Hey guys,
well i took the rear wheel off of my blata rep and yep, now i cant get it back on properly.
I have 3 spacers that i dont know where exactly they go. One longer one which i think goes in between the left swingarm and the rear sprocket and then two shorter ones which i am stuck with... here are some pics.
Could anybody tell me the order in which all the part aline on the axle or give me some help??
thanks guys.
Andy.

long one will go on the brake side.. and then the 2 other little ones will go on the chain side.

so you think the longone will fit between the brake caliper and swing arm and then put the other two between the rear sprocet and swingarm? also, do the two washers on either end of te axile just go in between the swing arms and nuts and either end??

Andy, what you need to do is experiment. Get all the parts and assemble them. Assemble them in as many different ways as it takes to get it right.
The main things to look out for is rear cog-front pinion line up (as in, the chain ***MUST*** be in-line with the front and rear cog. it will not tolerate out of alignment) and brake caliper alignment (nothing worse than not being able to stop)
If the washers are right, these things will be easy.
Cheers,
Claw

I am guessing a little here as the rep bikes are different to the genuine bikes but, here goes.
From left side of bike:
Axle, nut, washer, now slide axle through swing arm from left side.
Large spacer, now slide through rear wheel.
Small spacer on right of rear wheel, rear brake bracket, small spacer, now slide through rear swing arm.
Washer, then nut on to axle.
I hope this helps.

The large spacer definatly goes on the chain side and the small spacers go either side of the brake caliper bracket..
If you did it in reverse you'd never get chain alignment and the rear brake would bind on the disk..

All of ours line up in slightly different ways. The last one was, small spacer on chain side, large spacer between wheel and caliper mount, small spacer between caliper mount and swing arm.
Ideally make some new spacers in the exact right location. You want the chain straight, and the calipers pads aligned with the disc.
