my bike wont start

hey guys im having problems starting my pocket bike

it hasent been started for a while
so i took out the fuel pipe cleaned that out, cleaned out the fuel tap cause all this sticky stuff was inside it
the spark plug IS sparking

i just dont understand why it wont start

any suggestions

and this is what bike i have


can any one tell me what this bike is called?????

im also looking for a fuel tank for it since i broke the little nossel at the bottem of the standered one

so any help would be appriciated

might want to take the bottom of the carbi off also (called the bowl)..

it looks like a half fairing cag, but its got full fairings...

after you have taken the bowl off, and it still wont start, pull the plug out and see if its wet, if its not then its not getting fuel through and it might be the reeds, they are located behind the carbi manifold.
